I apologize for the quality of the picture.

These are ADDICTING. I cannot take full credit for this, because I heard about them from a friend. They are just too good not to share!

Roasted chickpeas (I call them chickpea chips)

1 can of chickpeas
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
extra virgin olive oil

Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and add pepper. You may want to adjust the pepper depending on how spicy you like it.
Drizze liberally with olive oil.
Mix the chickpeas around until they are evenly coated.
Place in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
They come out crispy, tasty and gratifying.
