Now I can't take credit for this since I Googled how to make it. My mom bought a head of broccoli (the size of a hand) and I decided to look up how to make it burnt.
It is so crispy it melts in your mouth.
 
Burnt Broccoli:
1 head of broccoli
oil (I used grapeseed but whichever floats your boat)
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grate the garlic right over the broccoil.
3. Add pepper and oil. (Coat the broccoli)
4. Set in oven for one hour.
